he was born in darlaston in 1945
son to jane and joeseph harper
little brother to june and joeseph , Husband to kath and father to andrew,graham,wendy ,kelly & amy,
he was a loving grand father to Bonnie ,Kiane,Josh Jobey,keegan,todd,kitty,brodie,logan,mckenzie,beth,ben & brandon
jeff was well known in the bentley area were he spent all his adult life with his wife and kids , he used to sit on the front gate and speak to anyone that went by weither he knew them or not
he was a good fisherman and a great gardener to untill he became ill with his legs and couldnt do the things he used to
he passed away sadly in hospital on his own due to a heart atack .

u was a great dad and grandad
lifes hard without you but i know your free from pain now and you are looking after my lil angel you so longed to meet
watch over us dad n keep us safe like you always did
